Teltonika RUTX50 5G router
Teltonika RUTX50 is an industrial router with support for 5G mobile networks with a speed of up to 3.3 Gbps. The big advantage of the Teltonika RUTX50: is 5x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 5G Dual SIM and dual-band Wi-Fi 5 Wave 2. This set-up guarantees fast and reliable data transfer with ultra-low latency. And this makes the 5G router Teltonika RUTX50 ideal for industrial high-speed and data-intensive applications.
The capabilities of 5G technology, combined with a wide range of interfaces and industrial hardware features, ensure adaptation for future network upgrades and expansions.

Mobile Network Support and the Difference Between 5G SA and NSA
The router Teltonika RUTX50 also ensures a reliable connection to 4G LTE CAT 20 and 3G networks. It supports SA and NSA architectures for the use of 5G infrastructure. The main difference between NSA (Non-Standalone Architecture) and SA (Standalone Architecture) is that NSA anchors the control signalling of 5G radio networks to the 4G core, while the SA scheme connects 5G networks directly to the 5G core network, the control signalling does not depend on 4G at all sewing.
Hardware Equipment, Connectors, and Interfaces
The device includes 4 SMA antenna connectors for GSM networks, 2x RP-SMA for WiFi and 1x SMA for GNSS. Also Dual SIM slot, USB and 5 x RJ-45 Ethernet port (4x LAN + 1x WAN).
Advanced Security and Network Protocols
Data security is ensured by a wide range of software functions, such as control of SMS messages, firewall, OpenVPN, IPSec, RMS. Network protocols TCP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6, ICMP, NTP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SSL v3, TLS, PPP, PPPoE, SSH, DHCP, SNMP, MQTT, Wake on LAN (WOL).
RutOS Operating System and Remote Management
The industrial gateway Teltonika RUTX50 is equipped with the RutOS system. It is an operating system based on OpenWRT Linux, which is a big plus for choosing Teltonika routers. This system offers advanced security features and compatibility with the RMS remote message system.
Tip for outdoor installation without signal loss
To use the router in demanding outdoor conditions (e.g. for use with camera, solar and security systems), we recommend purchasing the integrated omnidirectional antenna QuWireless QuSpot AX50S.
This set functions as a robust waterproof chassis with IP68 protection, into which you can simply mount the Teltonika router.
